Chairman John Himmelman called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m.
Members present: J. Himmelman, T. Doyle, C. Lippert
Also present - Enforcement Officer C. Jefferson
Members absent: G. Rockwell, E. Auer, S. Mala

Minutes: The minutes of the January 13, 2009 Regular Meeting were approved by a consensus of the members.
