“Just returned from the opening night of Chris Solimene's SOUND OF MUSIC .... I urge you to run -- do not walk! -- to buy tickets !!! It is a production which far exceeded my expectations ---which, knowing what a great play Chris can produce --- were very high... There are not enough superlatives for the cast --- voices and acting are exceptional, the von Trapp children are totally amazing! --- and the scenery and costuming are wonderful.
The play runs this weekend and next . Truly, you do NOT want to miss it. It rivals Broadway.....!”
Linda Juliani, musician
Director’s Message:
Welcome to THE SOUND OF MUSIC and our website. This beloved musical reminds us all to “climb every mountain, ford every stream, and follow every by-way till we find our dream” in a time when hope and inspiration are so very needed. You will be absolutely enchanted by the cast of 100+ local and regional actors and our 15- piece professional orchestra musicians who bring such favorites to life as: Do Re Mi, My Favorite Things, The Sound of Music, The Lonely Goatherd, Climb Every Mountain and so much more!
